As mammals, breastfeeding is the most natural way to feed our young children. However, negative comments and misconceptions affect mothers’ decision to the mode of infant feeding. To cultivate a positive attitude towards breastfeeding, we need everybody to be involved by:

1. being supportive. Support your friends and family to breastfeeding, and help them cope with negative comments by positive and encouraging remarks, and reminding mothers of the benefits of breastfeeding .
2. raising awareness by talking about breastfeeding as the norm of infant feeding
3. monitoring the compliance of International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes . Please report violations by sending us picture if any case is observed.
